Start-up Life

I work for a growing start up. Every day is different from the last, and our policies change seemingly every day to become better, more professional, and more replicable. It can be a very fun environment to be a part of. It can also be stressful at times – there’s not enough resources, or enough hands, or enough time in the day to get everything done.

It has it perks though. My office mobile, I get to go to the field all the time, and in weeks like this one when the local staff have vacation I get to work from home in shorts because it’s so dang hot.

I might gripe sometimes about the ridiculousness of my start-up life (and seemingly career) but when push comes to shove there is something great about being able to work in your pajamas while drinking smoothies.
